MINUTES OF PTA MEETING 2008-09

PTA meeting for Class X were held on 22.8.2008, 27.9.2008, 18.12.2008 and January, 2009. Bedside’s parents of  weak students were called as and when required. PTA meetings of Primary and Secondary Classes were after every terminal examinations.

 Minutes discussed were:-

• During the first PTA meetings parents were requested to create  proper atmosphere at home so that students do not waste their time.
• Parents requested to send their wards in proper uniform.
• Remedial measures for weak students were discussed and follow up action were taken.
• Special tests for weak and bright students were decided.
• Question bank and help books for bright and weak students  to be provided by school.
• Counseling of weak students and their parents were done to enhance their performance.
